Just a few brief words about my current stock of superb Used guitars. 
All of these instruments are here because they play and sound really good, not because they are cosmetically perfect. If you want an instrument that really is cosmetically perfect you are best to buy one of my brand new Fender Japan instruments which are delivered to you cosmetically perfect as well as both sounding and playing great. 
Some guitars here are at least 10 years old, so obviously have acquired some battle scars in their life so far.
 I don't Buy-In or Sell guitars that don't play well and sound great and these are absolutely no exception. 
But please remember, they are NOT cosmetically perfect,  nor are they being sold as such !

SOLD

I took this guitar in yesterday from a well known, well respected local guitar player. I'm no expert in JV's but this I'm assured, and believe, is entirely authentic and correct guitar.  The guitar dates from 1983 and has the SV +5 Digit neck plate.  The neck is splendid with minimal fret wear. Cosmetically the guitar has various dings and bashes and the finish is now checking rather attractively in places. This is a relic, it's nearly as old as some of us!  This guitar plays very well the neck is fast and furious and the sound is just absolutely fabulous. Though my all valve amps this guitar sings. So cosmetically a 7/10 but a really rare and much sought after serious players instrument.  Please check the pictures by clicking on the guitar. Delivered with a Kinsman Gig Bag.

This is 3 of 3 of these guitars I have in stock. At last I've had time to take detailed pictures of this one and therefore it is also now available for sale. It is in good shape, but has some dings and dents here and there. Please check the pictures carefully to see these.   The guitar plays very well and sounds brilliant. The Dimarzio pickups deliver a hum free, clean clear sound, which with the correct level of distortion give a really good Yngwie Malmsteen sound. The Yellow White gives this the classic "duck" look!

Supplied with a gig bag, but I can offer either a generic Semi-Flight Aluminium or ABS Case or a genuine Fender Tweed Case for this guitar at extra cost. The Tweed case can be seen in the gallery for  this guitar but is NOT included in it's price in any auction.

It is nearly mint, having no scratches or specific dents an definitely no through coating marks. The guitar plays very well and sounds brilliant. This is an expensive  Premium Re-issue and is a top quality instrument although it is quite cosmetically challenged, having various marks about the body. Most of these marks do not show clearly with the exception of a mark on the heel. The pictures show these. But for the avoidance of doubt this is a 6/10 cosmetic condition. The Maple neck has a rich honey colour reflecting the ageing process, there is minimal fret-wear or surface neck wear. The guitar feels entirely wonderful to play, it is like a favourite pair of shoes, really comfortable and feels just right. Here, I have the opportunity to play so many different guitars and this one I'm sorely tempted to retain for my own use and sell one of my own instead!  It plays like a dream and sounds rich, smooth and creamy. Though my all valve amps this guitar has a creamy smooth tone, especially from the neck pickup, it's fabulous. Again this is another guitar for the player to whom sound / tone is where it's at.  Please check the pictures by clicking on the guitar. Delivered with shaped hard case per the picture.

This guitar is an expensive premium model with further special order upgrades from the factory. It is clearly  modelled on the USA Custom Shop Version of the Ritchie Blackmore Signature Strat( here's a link to it here  ) having only 2 Gold Lace Sensors a 3way toggle, black accessories and no back plate.  The special scratch-plate has only two pickup holes, neck / bridge. The guitar is an excellent player, very fast and very comfortable,  which will be appreciated by real players. Cosmetically it has started checking slightly which looks really good and it has various marks on the body, one at the heel is a through coating chip, but it's not visible front/back on. The guitar is as quiet as a mouse and excellent for recording and live performance.   So cosmetically a 7/10 but a really serious players instrument, more than an ornament.  Please check the pictures by clicking on the guitar. Supplied complete with period style hard-case( non-fender ), tweed style, without the tweed!

General Information about MIJFenders Used Guitars ~ Really Great Products
As you will already have read on this site I provide only Top Quality Guitars and I specialise in offering products from Fender Japan because of their very high quality, reliability and playability.   I have a collection of  Fender Japan guitars myself, so I actually play some of the same guitars I sell here. This helps because I can apply practical experience as a player to the buying experience.

So sometimes I will sell either a guitar from my own personal collection of Fender Japan guitars. On   occasions I will  purchase a Used Guitar privately for resale, but only if it is really exceptional either in condition or in playability or both.  Often I have a few really great playing guitars in stock, but it varies. Frequently these will be guitars that are excellent players although they may not be in perfect cosmetic condition.

The pricing of the many new instruments I sell is very competitive and so often my customers will spend a little more to buy new, especially as I offer them the opportunity to buy a guitar which has not been messed around by music shop staff or the browsing public, in effect a guitar being perfect in all respects.

Every Used guitar I do sell is fully checked over, restrung, setup and if required repaired, with any worn parts replaced before it is delivered to you.  I employ the services of a local specialist luthier as required for any re-fret work. His work is exceptional, by any standards. When you buy a Used guitar from me, you can be assured that it is  a quality instrument and that any remedial work required has been undertaken. If it wasn't then I wouldn't be selling it. It will also sound and play rather well too, because as a guitarist like you, I check this aspect carefully. 

What I don't Sell
I don't buy guitars from eBay, to add £50 to their price and sell them out the door again.  Also I don't buy guitar parts from eBay to add them to lower spec instruments to give them value. There are plenty of so called "specialists"  out there who do all these things and lots worse besides! Some charge inflated carriage and ask extra money if you pay them via PAYPAL. They may even charge you extra for packing material they get free with new guitars !  It's quite amazing, it happens, but definitely  NOT here however!

I can accept payment by Cheque, or by PAYPAL at your choice. I do not charge you extra for payment via PAYPAL on any transaction and you can use PAYPAL all year round.  For the UK, I deliver all instruments using a Next Day Courier Delivery Service which  guarantees you delivery by 12:00 Noon for only £15. Other timed options exist at additional charges. For delivery to the rest of Europe, USA, Canada, please contact me for a price.
