Here's the story on these Extra Special Models:-

For many people the Factory Standard Blackmore Signature Model is what they are looking for, but for others there just has to be more.  So we take a standard Blackmore Signature Model and transform it into a guitar that looks, sounds and plays quite differently but gives you an instrument which is much closer to "that" sound than the standard issue.

We build a very specific scratch-plate for each guitar, fitted with a pair of LACE Sensor pickups to suit your tonal requirments. For those who want it, we can supply either a 3 pickup plate or the 2 pickup plate as per the pictures here. The 3 hole plate has a dummy, non-working pickup in the centre position in either Black or White. We offer the 2 LACE pickups, in white cases only, as either a matched pair or as mixed colours from  HOT GOLD, GOLD, SILVER, BLUE and RED, depending on your requirments.  We recommend SILVER or HOT GOLD as the preferred selection, but it's your choice.  We fit CTS pots, a 3 way switch, specially wired to work differently, a push/pull bottom tone pot to allow you to dis-engage our RBTC circuit which is also fitted and of course outwith the guitar we also provide the RBTB pedal and a very comfortable wide leather strap as part of the package. 

In case you might want to revert your guitar back to stock we also give you the standard fully loaded scratch-plate complete with it's original plastic still on the plate. So if you want to you can easily switch this plate back on to the guitar to get that stock look and sound again, or to maintain it's factory look for re-sale. Equally you can just sell the loaded scratch-plate the choise is yours entirely!

So for the discerning player, here's a modifed version of the Fender Ritchie Blackmore Signature Stratocaster, it looks different and it sound different from the standard version. Is it more like the guitars used by Ritchie Blackmore, we say that's a definate yes.
